Bariatric Support Centers International offers a free tele- support group twice a month. This support group is held on the first Monday and third Thursday of each month. It is held at 5:00 pm on Mondays and 11:00 am on Thursdays. (pacific time) For those of you who find it difficult to get to one of the local support groups, this may be a good opportunity to get vital support! If any of you do participate, give us some feed back about the group and how useful the information they share was to you. Support is vital to success. Don’t make excuses that you don’t have time, since there are so many monthly opportunities to participate!
